Prudential Overall Supply’s Vista, CA, plant reflects the vision of the company’s founder, John D. Clark. His goal for the company he founded in 1932 was to establish a successful textile service business that would treat customers and employees like members of an extended family.

Ninety-four years later, Mark Elberson, general manager of the Vista plant, says today’s Prudential is living up to that vision. “This is a family-owned and operated company, and we treat it like a family,” he says. Elberson is a second-generation Prudential employee. His two sons also work for the Irvine, CA-based industrial/mixed launderer.
