TRSA published a document on its website in early March for members to present to their customers about the continuity and effectiveness they could expect from linen, uniform and facility services providers as COVID-19 outbreaks multiplied. The document was one of several, described in an email blast to the industry, posted at the same time. Those included laundry management guidance and an advisory for industry employees on the risks and characteristics of the virus.
