Linen loss can be costly for both textile services operations and healthcare providers. A recent article in McKnight’s Long-Term Care News & Assisted Living, authored by David Stern, president & CEO of TRSA member company Paris Cos., estimated the losses to the healthcare industry at a whopping $840 million per year.
