TRSA has embarked on an ambitious plan initiated by its Board of Directors to develop two standards/certification programs for the reusable textile industry: Hygienically Clean and Clean Green. Although independent, these initiatives will launch together in January 2012. This article will offer an overview of the programs’ final standards and status. However, both are subject to change, with Board approval of final protocols expected this month.
