Volunteers are the lifeblood of associations; their commitment to TRSA’s mission and the protection and expansion of the textile services industry is vital to its growth. It is clear that during the past year TRSA volunteer leaders have become frustrated with the lack of responsiveness to their thoughts and ideas and that, without action, TRSA could lose its most valuable resource, committed, active volunteers.
