Finding just the right candidate to fill a position is seldom easy. 
 
With the economy warming up, it’s only going to get tougher. The unemployment rate dropped to 5.6% in December 2014, its lowest level since June 2008, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. And 63% of companies that responded to LinkedIn’s 2015 Global Recruiting Trends survey said they expected hiring volumes to rise.
