Remote working is a trend that continues to gain personal and organizational converts. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the embrace and deployment of this feature in the workplace. Global Workplace Analytics estimates that by the end of 2021, 25-30% of employees will be working remotely, at least, in part, compared to the pre-pandemic level of about 16%.
