Rising Star—OSHA VPP and Cintas
Starting with its Chandler, AZ, plant in November 2010, Cintas has had (at this writing) at least a dozen plants achieve “Star” status in OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). This initiative is OSHA’s most rigorous voluntary program for companies seeking to improve employee safety. Given Cintas’ leadership in this area, we thought they could share some of what they’ve learned with industry colleagues about the program and its impact on employees and managers.
