Standards Framework Europe’s Laundry Hygiene Template

TRSA’s 2011 launch of Hygienically Clean certification was a giant step forward to align the United States, Canada and Mexico with other countries that had previously adopted a standardized quality-management system to assure microbiological quality of laundered textile items each time they are processed. The European Committee for Standardization [Comité Européen Denormalisation (CEN)] pioneered such efforts, establishing EN 14065, Risk Analysis and Bio-Contamination Control (RABC) in September 2002 and last revising it in August 2016.
