TRSA recently has heard a drumbeat of dissatisfaction from laundry operators affiliated with the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). These expressions of discontent have included comments from more than a dozen operators who are current or former HLAC members. Some declined to go on the record out of fear of retribution.
