Survey Cites Competitive Industry Pay
TRSA’s recently released compilation of statistics on the textile services industry’s pay and fringe-benefit practices underscores the industry’s appeal to job seekers—particularly now.
For example, all TRSA members who submitted data for the 2010 Plant Employee Compensation and Benefits Report offer medical/hospitalization coverage to employees—and a vast majority offer that coverage to their dependents or families. The range of coverage varies by industry sector.
