The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) recently released a survey report titled Shaping the AI-Powered Factory of the Future. The report detailed artificial intelligence (AI) governance and strategy, the use of AI in the manufacturing sector, investment and implementation of AI, knowledge and engagement with AI, as well as a look at challenges and future trends. As far as investment in AI technology, 61% of respondents expect their company’s investment in AI to increase in the next two years.
