More than 40% of production operators and supervisors and roughly the same percentage of those in all other plant and service positions who leave their jobs are terminated for cause, a recent TRSA survey of member company managers and executives concluded. This is enough of a concern that more than two thirds of the survey respondents said it’s very important or critical to the bottom line to reduce the percentage for both of these classifications of staff.
