During the last week of March, AmeriPride Services Inc. conducted, on average, several webinars each day that focused on production and customer service topics. Approximately 100 employees logged in, dialed in, shared and learned.
 
The company has been hosting webinars or online seminars since as early as 2009 to efficiently communicate with its 5,000 employees in more than 115 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, says Steve Larson, director of workforce and organizational development at AmeriPride, based in Minnetonka, MN.
