Day II of TRSA’s Tech/Plant Summit in Dallas (Feb. 26-28) offered members a Texas-size value package, beginning with a round-robin tour of four leading textile service plants and ending with a reception that gave everyone a chance to compare notes, catch up with old friends and forge new relationships.
