The photo above shows some of the members who attended the fourth annual meeting of the Tri-State Linen Supply Association on March 15-16, 1916, at the Claypool Hotel in Indianapolis. That same year, these linen supply operators from Illinois, Indiana and Ohio founded the Linen Supply Association of America (LSAA) as a national trade organization.
