I’ve known Michael Potack for more than 35 years through TRSA, but I’ve never had more respect and admiration for him than I do today. In a month, Michael’s term as TRSA chairman will come to an end, closing out one of the most historic and hectic periods in the association’s recent history. The last two years have provided turbulent seas for Michael, yet our captain has steered the association and the industry away from trouble and toward greater prosperity.
