The ACA at Five—A Status report
Enacted in 2010, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has shown its political resiliency. In its first five years, the law has survived more than 50 congressional attempts at repeal. While the ACA has held its own legislatively, it’s on shakier ground financially. That tendency ultimately could lead to significant changes.
