The “Roscoe Way” of sustainable growth for an industrial independent, recently marked its 100th anniversary. Founded on Aug. 13, 1921, Roscoe’s formal 100th anniversary celebration was postponed until April 2022 due to the pandemic. The focus on teamwork that has fueled Roscoe’s success originated with the late co-founder George C. Buik.
