As I begin my term as Chairman of TRSA, I see an industry that’s healthy and growing, but still full of untapped opportunities and mounting challenges. I am humbled to serve as chairman and excited to make a difference. I want to acknowledge the great job Doug Waldman did before me, and I thank him for his time and effort. His even-tempered approach to each situation is a great model of leadership to emulate.
