What are some things your company does to promote employee engagement?
"This year, we began conducting in-person Employee Satisfaction Surveys. So far, we’ve concentrated on our area of highest turnover—the production staff. The survey consists of 32 questions, mostly multiple-choice answers, that address a variety of work-related topics designed to indicate what our people like about their jobs, as well as areas we may improve. Our Regional HR Managers visit the plants and explain what we hope to accomplish by giving the survey. We assure the employees that the surveys are anonymous.
