TRSA recently completed the latest edition of its Business Pulse Survey, conducted in August/September 2020. The survey offered a snapshot of the U.S. linen, uniform and facility services industry six months into the pandemic. One key finding is that while various sectors still face major challenges, overall expectations for a return to pre-COVID-19 revenues in 2021 jumped by nearly 60% over the previous study.
