In a memorandum directed to TRSA members on Thursday, May 18, TRSA Chairman Michael Potack reported that after an April 20 meeting on consolidation with UTSA that “It was very clear to the TRSA representatives at the meeting that the UTSA representatives were not willing to consolidate or even commit to the concept of consolidation at this time,” Potack wrote.
