TRSA Challenges DOL Overtime Rule Change
TRSA recently submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) opposing the agency’s proposed regulation increasing the salary threshold for employees to receive overtime pay. Click bit.ly/DOLTest to see TRSA’s comments.
The DOL currently intends to increase the minimum salary threshold by approximately 200%, to $921 per week, which equates to a $47,892 salary annually.
