The latest installment of TRSA’s monthly webinar series aired on May 29 with a program titled “Ethics & Diversity for Textile Services Management.” Leading this session was Jerilyn Lee, who recently retired as a regional human resources manager at UniFirst Corp. after a lengthy career in the industry. Lee, who also serves as an instructor at TRSA’s Executive Management Institute (EMI), provided insights into ethical codes and how these tie in with a diverse corporate culture.
