TRSA recently helped uniform service operators in Kentucky modify a potentially devastating “Buy America” bill that would have made it impossible for most uniform supply companies there to service state government accounts, such as police and park rangers. 
 
This “Buy America” legislation had recently passed the state Senate by 37 to 1. As originally drafted, it would have required any state agency buying workwear to purchase only goods made in the United States.
