TRSA Offers U.S. Perspective at Vienna Conference

At the 12th European Textile Service Association (ETSA) Conference in Vienna, TRSA Chairman Doug Waldman and President & CEO Joseph Ricci, reported on the U.S. market. Market exploitation stands at $17.8 billion, 64% of total market potential, and competing distribution channels currently serve 36% of the market. There are growth opportunities in the hotel, restaurant and healthcare industries, as well as in add-on businesses.
