More than 80 textile services executives attended TRSA’s recent webinar, titled “Hygienically Clean Healthcare—Quantifying Your Commitment to Cleanliness.” The hour-long presentation was co-hosted by Randy Bartsch, president and CEO, Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service, Seattle; and Angela Freeman, TRSA certification programs manager.
 
The webinar kicked off with background information on Hygienically Clean. Freeman detailed the origins of the certification program and explained the international testing procedures used in its standard. The purpose of the Hygienically Clean certification program is to:
