Medico Professional Linen Service prides itself on building and maintaining partnerships with our current customers. And a part of that effort is reducing linen losses. What we have found extremely effective has been getting the EVS (Environmental Services) director heavily involved in our efforts. Conducting trash audits both on the floor as well as in the back docks have been instrumental in our being able to identify where the “holes” are in the facility.
