"With a national unemployment rate of 3.7%, we realize that we need to engage with interested candidates faster and more efficiently. Earlier this year, we launched a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that has allowed us to streamline the hiring process. Later, we added a text-messaging service with an online calendar that is synced with our recruiters’ calendars. While this improved application-to-interview rates significantly and sped up our time to hire overall, we recognize there is still room to improve.
