The conventional wisdom is that the uniform supply business is in real danger of major losses, particularly in light of the economic downturn that began last year. On the surface, it’s difficult to deny the accelerated decline in this sector’s industrial base. Lower employment and reduced turnover among surviving customers also has reduced demand for uniforms. It’s enough to make some operators throw up their hands and say, “Why I am doing this?”
