At the outset of another day, Andrew Thornbury reflects briefly on the long road to attaining the ultimate in hygienic cleanliness.

“You know, we’re always talking about quality and service, which are inseparable in the business we’re in,” says Thornbury. “But ultimately we’re really talking about peace of mind and the steps you’re going to take to bring that to your customer. What are you willing to do? As it turns out, at Miller’s we’re willing to do quite a lot.”
