This year’s editions of TRSA’s annual Industry Performance and Plant Employee Compensation reports are now available. 
 
The 2009 Plant Employee Compensation and Benefits Report provides benchmarking compensation data in the textile rental industry for exempt corporate and plant jobs, plus nonexempt route representatives and mechanics. The pay information includes data on both base salary and incentives. The survey offers an analysis of corporate-level pay by industry segment and a number of facilities. It also includes an analysis of fringe benefits practices in the industry.
