Workwear: Gauging Customer Needs And Expectations
A recent study by the European Textile Services Association (ETSA) carried out by the consulting firm Ducker Worldwide, Troy, MI, gauged the expectations of workwear users in four European countries—France, Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom (UK). The research was similar to a survey of workwear users in the United States that TRSA introduced in 2015 in conjunction with Fabrizio Ward LLC, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
