The engagement of our members throughout this year’s uncertainty demonstrates the importance of networking, information-sharing and cooperation among our diverse membership of independent, regional, national and international operators and supplier partners. The pandemic spawned a myriad of challenges for our members and for TRSA, impacting revenue, volumes and forcing the association to cancel in-person events.
