The 2026 round of TRSA Industry Awards has recognized 16 companies for engagement in TRSA activities and eight for their corporate videos. Presentation of these honors and 10 others are set for a dinner at the TRSA Legislative Conference, Wednesday, Feb. 18, in Washington, DC.
The Legislative Conference takes place Feb. 17-19 at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill. It starts the first afternoon (Tuesday) with a symposium for suppliers featuring consultant presentations on generational change and value-driven relationships. TRSA committees open the Feb. 18 agenda, enabling every member to join discussions on how to improve the association’s work.
Later that afternoon, attendees prepare for Laundry Hill Day on Feb. 19. In small-group visits to congressional offices on Thursday, members personally engage legislators and their staffs. Insightful stories about the industry are shared, addressing the industry’s key legislative priorities, emphasizing its economic impacts, cleanliness, sustainability and workplace safety contributions.

Linen, uniform and facility services operators and supplier partners that receive engagement awards are strong devotees to TRSA in-person and virtual events (a major factor in determining winners), including committee participation. They keep TRSA informed of staff changes, enabling them to maximize staff in receiving TRSA communications, such as Textile Services magazine and newsletters.
Receiving Hygienically Clean and Clean Green certifications is another key factor in determining the most engaged operators, while the distinction for supplier partners focuses on their benefit from TRSA media advertising and sponsorship.
Honors are bestowed upon companies in categories based on their annual revenue: variance enables fair comparison in judging, as a company’s participation hinges on its number of employees, resulting in multiple awards in the same engagement categories. Expansion of these this year has recognized global operators (outside North America) and general operators (industrial-scale laundries whose owner is a business other than a linen/uniform company).
Total Engagement awards have gone to companies with strong participation across the range of available activities:
- Alsco Uniforms, Salt Lake City
- Belize Commercial Laundry and Linens, Belize City
- Dempsey Uniform & Linen, Jessup, PA
- HandCraft Linen & Uniform Specialists, Richmond, VA
- Jensen USA, Panama City Beach, FL
- Pellerin Milnor Corp., Kenner, LA
- TEXO, Irving, TX
- United Hospital Services, Indianapolis
Accelerated Engagement went to operator companies who increased their activity most dramatically in 2025 from their 2024 level:
- American Textile Maintenance, Los Angeles
- Crown Uniform and Linen, Nashua, NH
- Lindström Group, Helskini
- Taylor Linen Services, Andalusia, AL
- West Michigan Shared Hospitality Laundry, Grand Rapids, MI
Operators with excellent Information-Sharing Engagement (greatest participation in TRSA benchmarking studies and committees):
- Miller’s Textile Services, Wapakoneta, OH
- Superior Linen Service, Tulsa, OK
- Unitex Healthcare Laundry Services, Elmsford, NY
Top honors in the Best Video competition (Gold level awards) went to:
Alsco Brazil, Canoas. This entry showcases the team’s resilience and commitment during floods in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) in April 2024. Operations were halted and employees affected at the Canoas location. Alsco’s national network mobilized to cover the production gap. Trucks delivered food, water and clothing to the community and supported affected employees.
UniFirst Corp., Wilmington, MA. The How We Always Deliver plant tour video provides an inside look at the company’s facilities, communicates their commitment to excellence, safety and customer focus, and highlights their technology and standards. A limited-duration paid campaign on YouTube and organic social media posts on LinkedIn delivered pleasing results.
City Laundering Co., Oelwein, IA. The video portrays development of the company’s Des Moines location. Big milestones are highlighted and determination to expand while staying true to your values is demonstrated. Staff reminisces about the meeting in which the company owners appoint the manager to lead the expansion to Des Moines and his personal determination to facilitate continued growth in the market.
SonicAire, Winston-Salem, NC. Alsco’s Lanham, MD, facility is credited for controlling lint and dust when excess buildup drove costly, labor-intensive cleanings, creating downtime, and putting both safety and product quality at risk. A well-engineered dust-control solution enabled Alsco to focus on core operations while improving safety and cleanliness standards throughout the plant.
Kannegiesser North America, Minneapolis. Magic Laundry Services is depicted in this testimonial to the power of strategic partnership and innovation. Elevating customer outcomes, driving operational efficiency, and setting new standards are shown to be the result of pairing the right automation and sustainable practices. Real-world success and customer-centric storytelling aim to inspire and inform the video’s viewers.
City Laundering also won TRSA’s Silver recognition for its glimpse of a day in the life of a route service representative. The video has been used to recruit RSRs and prepare for ride- alongs.
Honorable Mention went to City for its The Wash series; and to George Courey Inc., Laval, Quebec, Canada, for highlighting company capabilities, innovation history and core values.
