Linen, uniform and facility services industry leaders will travel from across North America to Washington, DC, for the 17th Annual Legislative Conference & Industry Awards Dinner at the Royal Sonesta in Dupont Circle. The event, scheduled to take place from Feb. 9-11, 2027, provides a unique opportunity for industry leaders to shape advocacy priorities, meet with lawmakers and regulators, and recognize outstanding achievements across the industry.
The conference serves as a forum for industry leaders to discuss advocacy priorities and challenges facing the industry. Chris Stirewalt, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and political editor for NewsNation and The Hill, will kick off the program. Stirewalt will deliver a political briefing on the trends and policy developments expected to shape Washington in 2027.
Laundry Hill Day is the industry’s signature advocacy event, providing participants with an opportunity to meet directly with members of Congress and key members of their staff to discuss the issues impacting the linen, uniform and facility services industry. In 2027, TRSA will be joined by five partner organizations for a united industry effort: the Association for Linen Management (ALM), American Reusable Textile Association (ARTA), CSCNetwork, International Association for Healthcare Textile Management (IAHTM) and Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA).
“Laundry Hill Day demonstrates the power of a unified industry voice,” said Joseph Ricci, president & CEO, TRSA. “By joining forces with five leading industry associations, we are bringing together organizations that represent the vast majority of the textile care industry in North America. This collective presence on Capitol Hill enables us to more effectively educate policymakers on the essential services our industry provides and advocate for policies that support our businesses, employees and customers.”
The conference also features TRSA committee meetings that provide members with opportunities to collaborate with peers, discuss market-specific challenges, and help guide TRSA’s educational programming and strategic initiatives. Supplier partner members will benefit from a dedicated symposium focused on strengthening sales effectiveness, building business relationships and networking with industry colleagues. The symposium will take place on the afternoon of Feb. 9.
The Annual Industry Awards Dinner will take place that evening, bringing attendees together to celebrate the individuals and organizations whose leadership, innovation and service continue to strengthen the linen, uniform and facility services industry. The awards program honors excellence across TRSA member companies and recognizes employees, emerging leaders and industry veterans whose contributions are helping shape the industry’s future.
Registration is now open. For more information, visit TRSA’s 17th Annual Legislative Conference & Industry Awards Dinner webpage at www.trsa.org/legcon.
