The inaugural TRSA Marketing, Sales & Service Network Virtual Roundtable is set to take place on Tuesday, Aug. 20, from 1 – 2:30 p.m. EDT. This complimentary event for all TRSA members will foster discussion and information sharing among marketing, sales and service professionals about the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the commercial laundry industry.
The event will begin with a brief introduction to AI and “prompt engineering:” creating inputs to AI systems that generate optimal outputs, such as writing chat prompts to produce desired text and images. Matthew Victor, national sales director, George Courey Inc., will present this topic.
Participants will be divided into Zoom breakout rooms where group leaders will guide conversations about the use of AI in marketing, sales and service roles. This setup will allow attendees to exchange tips, tools and AI strategies with their peers.
“A roundtable discussion like this is a fantastic opportunity for our members to share how AI is simplifying responsibilities and gathering better data to enhance communications and sales strategies,” said Susie Jackson, senior director of marketing communications at TRSA. “The flexibility of a virtual roundtable allows sales, service and marketing departments, who may not have the budget or schedule for in-person events, to participate more fully.
“TRSA is committed to expanding our networking communities. As we move into 2025, we aim to enhance the virtual networking concept by sharing more information at every level and increasing contact points among our members.”
Registration is free for TRSA members, while non-members can join for $45. Click here for more information and to register.
