Brandon Lucas recently joined the staff at Ellis Corp., Itasca, IL, as a regional sales manager, Southeast. In this role, Lucas will spearhead Ellis Corp.’s efforts to deliver tailored industrial water and laundry solutions for southeastern U.S. companies with big goals for improving efficiency, reducing operational costs and advancing sustainability efforts, according to a news release.
“Ellis has a long track record of innovation and quality in manufacturing in the industrial water and laundry industries, plus Ellis is pioneering exciting new capabilities with its Uptime® Intelligent Machine Manager technology,” Lucas said. “That’s a powerful combination. When you also add in fifth-generation family company values, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”
Lucas has demonstrated exceptional sales skills and comprehensive understanding of industrial water applications throughout his career. Prior to joining Ellis, he held sales-management roles for companies providing water-treatment solutions, wastewater and drinking water services, and integrated aquatic and wetland programs.
“The characteristics of water resources are hyper-local, and that means every Ellis client or prospect is facing very specific challenges in their water management,” Lucas said. “I thrive on navigating these challenges. My first jobs growing up were on a large dairy farm and in one of the top butter producer facilities in the nation. My passion for water management was formed early on.
