Wildman Business Group has taken the top honor (Gold) for industry operators and Miura America has received the same recognition for suppliers in the 2026 TRSA competition acknowledging community service. These high honorees and winners of other TRSA Industry Awards will be celebrated Feb. 18, 2026, at TRSA’s Legislative Conference in Washington, DC.

Miura, Rockmart, GA, launched its annual First Responders Appreciation Day in 2023 to honor police, firefighters, EMS personnel and dispatchers in Northwest Georgia. The event offers family entertainment, food and prizes, drawing more than 200 participants this year (see photo). A children’s college fund was established, awarding two scholarships to first responders’ families, alongside tens of thousands of gifts provided through community partnerships.

Wildman, based in Warsaw, IN, conducts an annual No Rexservation Day (named for founder Rex Wildman) that unites employees and families in service across nine company locations. This year, 157 volunteers donated 815 hours to projects that uplift communities. Exemplary efforts included:

  • Packing more than 16,000 diapers for families in need
  • Supporting food banks and a children and family alliance
  • Building a memorial garden and replacing accessibility ramps

The company describes such initiatives showcasing Wildman’s hands-on approach to improving lives and strengthening community resources.

Silver-level winners:

Alsco Brazil, Canoas. When floods displaced thousands, including 56 Alsco employees, Alsco mobilized nationwide relief efforts – sending clothing, food, water and hygiene items from branches across Brazil and organizing internal campaigns to raise funds and goods for affected colleagues.

HLS Linen Services, Ottawa, ON. Provided hundreds of high-quality and laundered blankets to local homeless shelters, contributing a truckload of linens to the Canadian Wildlife Federation, sustained more than $150,000 in financial and linen donations to support vulnerable communities.

ImageFIRST, King of Prussia, PA. Annual Giving Campaign raised a record $218,416 in employee contributions – plus a company double match – for 100-plus nonprofits nationwide. Employees volunteer with organizations such as Rise Against Hunger, Ronald McDonald House and Make-A-Wish Foundation.

ImageFIRST, Nytsa Saayfan. Kannapolis, NC, GM launched “Girls Who Walk;” 5,000-member organization that supports local causes.

UniFirst Corp., Wilmington, MA. Team partners delivered $67,000 in aid after Texas floods and $25,000 to recovery efforts; Go Careers program creates education pathways for working parents.

Register here for the 15th Annual TRSA Legislative Conference and Awards Dinner, Feb. 17-19. The event enables members to collaborate in furthering the industry’s advocacy agenda and impacting TRSA initiatives. On Feb. 18, volunteer leaders gather in TRSA committees to share information regarding best-management practices, trends, innovations and issues impacting their professions, companies and customers. Preparation begins for visits the following day to Capitol Hill, where members raise awareness of the industry’s social, environmental and economic benefits, and educate legislators about its need for fair and balanced regulation.
