TRSA has launched a new member recruitment campaign focused on growing the operator community and strengthening the industry’s collective voice. Built on 2025 research with members and non-members, the campaign targets small and mid-sized operators, highlighting how TRSA helps them navigate today’s challenges, from workforce pressures to rising costs and regulatory demands.

At the center of the campaign is the message “Operate with Proof. Compete with Confidence.” The association has released a campaign video focused on that theme. View the video here:

What the Campaign Includes 

A coordinated, multi-channel effort designed to engage and convert prospects: 

  • Targeted email outreach  
  • A new landing page focused on advocacy, certification and community  
  • Operator-driven video storytelling  
  • Social media and digital promotion  
  • Invitations to experience TRSA through select virtual events  
  • Direct, personalized outreach from the membership team 

The goal is to connect with 250 operator prospects and welcome 15 new members in 2026. A deeper look at the campaign appears in the May issue of Textile Services magazine.
