Tingue, Brown & Co. announced the appointment of Anthony Florek as vice president of sales.

Florek brings more than two decades of proven sales leadership, highlighted by his tenure at Beltone, a hearing aid manufacturer. As the company’s top sales executive for 11 years, he played a key role in expanding the company’s revenue from $45 million to $125 million. Notably, Beltone was then led by President Todd Murray, now a Tingue board member and the executive who first hired Anthony in 2005.

He began his career at Allergan and Johnson & Johnson, where he developed a strong foundation in structured, performance-driven sales organizations. More recently, he has applied his leadership in digital and technical ventures – founding Soundwave Hearing, an online over-the-counter hearing aid company, and leading Wavelogix, a firm focused on measuring the strength of concrete in real-time. Whether leading teams in a corporate setting or overseeing operations on construction sites, Florek is known for his hands-on, growth-focused approach.

Florek holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Western Springs, IL, with his wife Suzanne, a marketing executive and Culinary Institute of America graduate. They are proud parents of three sons – all Indiana University graduates – and recent grandparents.
