U.S. Linen & Uniform led the winners’ slate in the judging for TRSA’s 2025 Fleet Graphics Award. The accolade acknowledges TRSA member laundry operators for how their chosen images and text reflect their companies’ key attributes as linen, uniform and facility services providers. These qualities could include sustainability, hygiene, service timeliness, textile durability … whatever qualities of the organization the company seeks to portray.

Based in Richland, WA, U.S. Linen highlights in its design its blue and white logo consisting of a star attached to a ribbon, akin to textiles through a flatwork ironer. A squiggly U.S. flag image bleeds from front to back of the truck’s length, so when it moves, the design evokes the flag waving in the wind.

In nominating the design for the TRSA award, Kenn Klein of step van manufacturer Morgan Olson, Sturgis, MI, wrote, “We all see step vans every day, delivering packages to homes across the United States. These graphics make the U.S. Linen van one of the most beautifully decaled step vans made by Morgan Olson.”

U.S. Linen will take home a Gold-level accolade trophy from the Feb. 5 Awards Dinner ceremony at TRSA’s Legislative Conference in Washington, DC, set to feature presentations to winners in 10 different Industry Awards categories. Silver-level awards in the fleet graphics competition will go to:

NOVO Health Services. The Atlanta-based operation’s Simple brand gets the TRSA spotlight. The design conveys the company’s aim to provide first-rate, sustainable comfort that enhances the healthcare experience for patients and caregivers by streamlining linen management, making it easy to work with a linen service while upholding the highest standards of quality and reliability. Images include the brand’s goldfish mascot to evoke the tranquil and joyful presence of an aquarium in a medical waiting room. A stethoscope is draped over scrubs on the truck’s side.

Arway Linen and Uniform. The Philadelphia company’s logo rebranding in 2024 paid homage to the original logo while maintaining a modernized look and feel as the company heads into a new chapter. Because the award nomination form featured the old and new logos side by side, TRSA judges recognized the brandishing of the new one on 10 new trucks clarified for onlookers who the Arway team is and what they offer.

UniFirst Corp. took honorable mention in the competition. The Wilmington, MA-based chain adopted a new logo and tagline (Uniforms, Services, Solutions) to highlight its dedication to providing these to people who do hard work. Fleet graphics redesign is included among other media—print ads, catalogs, stationery, digital ads and social templates—part of a comprehensive communications rollout. Route service representatives, team partners and customers have embraced the rebranded fleet, noting the enhanced visibility and modern appeal.

The 15th Annual TRSA Legislative Conference and Awards Dinner, Feb. 5-6, offers members the opportunity to influence the industry’s advocacy agenda and impact TRSA initiative. On Feb. 5, volunteer leaders gather in TRSA committees to share information regarding best-management practices, trends, innovations and issues impacting their professions, companies and customers. Preparation begins for visits the following day to Capitol Hill, where members raise awareness of the industry’s social, environmental and economic benefits, and educate legislators about its need for fair and balanced regulation.
