The TRSA Silent Auction will be a featured highlight of the 2026 Annual Conference & CEO Summit, taking place May 12–14 in Napa Valley. Blending networking, philanthropy and a bit of friendly competition, the auction is a fun way to connect with colleagues while demonstrating your company’s support for the next generation of industry leaders.
Proceeds from the Silent Auction directly support TRSA’s Foundation (TRERT), which funds scholarships and internships for emerging leaders, as well as industry research. In 2025, the event raised nearly $15,000, helping to expand opportunities for individuals entering and advancing within the textile services industry. Organizers are aiming to build on that momentum in 2026.
When & Where
The Silent Auction will take place Thursday, May 14, from 5–6 p.m., during the conference’s Cocktail Reception.
Donating an Item
Conference attendees are invited to contribute auction items to help make this event a success. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Popular donations include travel packages, exclusive experiences, wine and Napa-themed gift baskets, golf gear, tech gadgets, jewelry or artwork, games (Mahjong, etc.) and unique services. To donate and learn how to submit your item, complete the Silent Auction Donation Form by April 20.
Placing a Bid
Conference attendees are encouraged to bid on a wide range of items throughout the cocktail reception. Every winning bid directly supports education, research and professional-development initiatives that strengthen the linen, uniform and facility services industry.
