EllisLudell, Itasca, IL, announced that Sarah Haupt joined its staff as a regional sales manager for the Western United States & Canada.
Haupt will support industrial laundry, food processing and concrete customers throughout the region. She brings a background in water, wastewater and energy systems, with experience working directly with operators, engineers and facility leaders in complex operating environments. In her role, she will serve as a primary regional contact for customers evaluating equipment upgrades, planning capacity changes and addressing water-related operational challenges.
EllisLudell’s approach has long centered on engineered systems backed by practical field support. Haupt’s experience aligns closely with that model, combining technical understanding with hands-on customer engagement developed through years of working alongside plant teams to assess systems, identify constraints and plan next steps.
“Sarah understands how decisions around water and thermal systems affect day-to-day operations,” said Justin Mundt, director of sales at EllisLudell. “She asks the right questions, takes the time to understand each facility and works collaboratively with customers to help them move forward with confidence. That approach makes her a strong resource for customers across the western United States.”
As regional sales manager, Haupt will focus on building long-term regional relationships while supporting customers through equipment selection, technical discussions and coordination with EllisLudell’s engineering and field teams. Her role is designed to provide customers with a consistent, knowledgeable point of contact from early conversations through implementation.
“I enjoy working directly with plant teams to understand what’s happening on the floor and where support is needed,” Haupt said. “Every operation is different, and the best solutions come from taking the time to listen and plan thoughtfully.”
Haupt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.
