Healthcare Linen Services Group (HLSG), St. Charles, IL, announced the acquisition of Penn Enterprises, Rolla, MO. This strategic acquisition includes a 30,000-square-foot processing facility, which will be rebranded as Linen King.
The addition strengthens HLSG’s regional presence across Missouri and Kansas. Penn Enterprises has deep roots in government contracting and a track record in both military and healthcare laundry services. Penn has processed more than 44 million lbs. of laundry annually for the Department of Defense and has operated full-service hospital laundries since its founding in 1991.
