Industry Veteran to Retire from Beck’s Classic

Beck’s Classic Manufacturing Inc., Brentwood, NY, recently announced that after 36 years in the industry, Greg Mitchell, the company’s longtime director of sales, has decided to retire. Mitchell’s last day will be on June 28.

Mitchell began his career with Western Textile Healthcare before joining the team at Beck’s Classic. During his time at Beck’s Classic, he was instrumental in helping develop the company into the dominant domestic manufacturer of reusable incontinent products, the company noted in its news release announcing Mitchell’s retirement.

Throughout his career, Mitchell was active on numerous industry committees, including TRSA.

Beck’s Classic said in its release that, “We wish him nothing but health and happiness in his retirement along with a huge thanks for all he has done for both Beck’s Classic Mfg. and the textile rental industry.”

Mitchell plans to enjoy the future years with his wife in southwest Florida, the release noted.
