Continental Laundry Solutions, Oshkosh, WI, added Cody Kopplin to its staff. Kopplin will serve as a parts order processing lead for the company.
Kopplin has 15 years of experience in customer service, order processing, record maintenance and printing, and signage project execution for a major healthcare provider. As Continental’s parts order processing lead, he serves as a key liaison between Continental staff and distributors, with a primary focus on parts sales support. He holds an associate’s degree in printing and publishing in graphic and printing equipment operation from Fox Valley Technical College, in Appleton, WI.
“We are pleased to report that Continental is growing by leaps and bounds in both our product and service solutions,” said President Mike Floyd. “This growth allows us to bring new talent to our team.”
In addition to Kopplin, Jordan Quade has joined the Continental staff as an operations manager and Aliyah Sherman has been brought on board as a digital marketing specialist. Nancy Siedler also joined the team recently as a controller.
