M+A Matting LLC, LaGrange, GA, recently announced that its UK subsidiary, M+A Matting UK Ltd., has entered into an agreement to acquire the UK manufacturing operations from Millennium Mats.
As a result, Millennium Mats’ Milton Keynes manufacturing operations will transition into the M+A Matting family. The sale is expected to close by the middle of March 2024.
“The combined knowledge of the companies along with the additional manufacturing capacity will create tremendous value for our customers,” said Tyler Fowler, CEO of Mountville Mills Inc., the parent company of M+A Matting LLC.
