On Nov. 18, the Hilton Boston Back Bay will host TRSA’s Eighth Annual Marketing, Sales & Service Summit – a dynamic gathering designed to align industry professionals across three critical disciplines. With a focus on integrating emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics into traditional sales and marketing frameworks, this year’s summit promises actionable insights and strategic collaboration.
The day kicks off with a keynote by Shane Gibson, a globally recognized business-to-business (B2B) and social selling expert, who will explore how data-driven strategies and AI can future-proof sales and marketing efforts. Attendees will then dive into sessions such as “Effective Email Strategies for Engaging Customers in Commercial Laundry,” led by Steve Cooker; James Adler’s discussion on the latest tech tools; and a service segment maximizing upsell success which highlights how route reps and service teams can drive growth through cross-functional alignment.
A panel of TRSA board members will touch on how they as leaders view sales and marketing roles now and in the future. Interactive roundtables and the popular “Best-of-the-Best” challenge will foster idea exchange and spotlight innovative campaigns and tools from across the industry. The summit wraps up with a joint networking reception alongside TRSA’s Healthcare Conference attendees, offering expanded opportunities for connection and collaboration.
First-time attendee Laura Woodall, director of marketing at M+A Matting, LaGrange, GA, shared her enthusiasm from last year’s Summit, nothing that, “I was very impressed with my first TRSA event. The topics were perfect, and I loved the added ‘Best-of-the-Best’ presentations.” Attendees appreciate the opportunity to network and the variety of speakers. Casey Lott, director of marketing at Kannegiesser North America Inc., Minneapolis, who attended in 2024, summed it by saying that he enjoys the perspective that the speakers bring to the topics and added, “It’s a great opportunity to know how our customers view the eco-system of the laundry industry.”
